On the non-monetary side, we are committed to helping our staff realize their full potential through an individually tailored professional development that aligns with each employee’s interests and career goals. On the monetary side, we conduct biennial reviews of every person on the staff, considering their experience, geographic location, duties, and education, to ensure we remain competitive within the nonprofit sector. Not surprisingly, we work hard to make sure we are offering competitive monetary and non-monetary compensation in order to recruit and retain the best team possible to accomplish our important work. ![]() Simply put, our people bring our mission to life and as a result, our people are our greatest resource.
